At Revice Denim, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love each and every purchase. That’s why all products have a 90 days warranty against manufacturing and material defects (outside of normal wear and tear).
- Products that show signs of defect must be returned within 90 days from purchase.
- If purchased from our online store at revicedenim.com please follow the process to request a replacement item or return for a store credit.
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Please go to our online Support Page
- Select "Help with my order"
- Select from the subject “My item arrived damaged” and follow the installations
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect your images
- We will not be able to process requests for an order that is more then 90 days from delivery
