Returns Center & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only.
Please note:

Only ONE return per item per customer is allowed

Items may only be exchanged once

Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for additional exchange or store credit

Shipping fees are not included in store credit

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
All returned items must be:

New and unworn
-
With tags attached
-
In original packaging
Clearance items 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Size didn’t work out or not loving the style? No worries, babe!

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery

If the desired exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued automatically

We cannot guarantee item availability at the time of exchange

Exchanges ship free of charge, or you may choose store credit instead

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange:

Enter your order number and the email used at checkout (found in your order confirmation email)

Select Exchange or Store Credit

Ship your item back following the provided instructions
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive:

A store credit code via email OR
-
A tracking number for your exchange shipment

Please allow 4–7 business days for standard processing after your return is received

During high-volume periods, processing may take 7–14 business days

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept international returns (outside the USA) within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.
Important notes:

Select “Store Credit” when submitting your return

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Store credit will be issued minus shipping fees

Please include your order number inside the return package

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Orders placed between November 22 and December 25 are eligible for exchange or store credit within 45 days of delivery.

Items marked 50%–70% off are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange
(These steep discounts are the only way we can offer such incredible deals!)
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled under the following conditions:

The order has NOT shipped
-
The item has an Expected Ship Date longer than 1–2 business days
-
You contact us within 2 hours of placing your order
Orders cannot be canceled if:

The item is in stock and marked “Expected to Ship 1–2 Business Days”
-
The order has already shipped
Refunds cannot be processed after the 2-hour window. If an order remains unfulfilled, we may issue store credit instead.
